Between the energy at the SF Hackathon and the rollout of the AI Directory, it’s clear that we are moving into a new era of implementation.

I’m now planning the next set of workshops, and I want to make sure I’m building exactly what you need to move from "Worker" to "Director." I’m looking for the Signal here—which of these specializations would be most valuable to your career?

The Specialization Tracks:

• The Vibe Coder: Architecting & building full products using Natural Language. Moving from "Designer" to "Product Lead." Focus on PRDs, system architecture, and directing AI to build the full file structure.

• Vibe Marketing: Automating research, content, and distribution systems. Moving from "Content Creator" to "Growth Architect." Using AI to digest massive data, find the signal, and automate the execution for AI Agents.

• Synthetic System Architect: Building the "Synthetic Staff." Moving beyond one-off agents to multi-bot workflows (ClawBot, Co-Work) that handle end-to-end tasks.

• Context Engineering Masterclass: Deep-level interface design and advanced LLM communication. Understanding context windows, conversational flow, and the "collective consciousness" map within LLMs. This is UX for the LLM itself.

• Physical AI Director: Commanding robots and hardware via 3D simulation using LLMs.

• Cognitive UX: Designing the "Mind" and "Personality" frameworks for AI Agents.
